Luxury vinyl plank flooring in Wentzville, MO

Vinyl plank is the floor we install most in Wentzville, and the reason is how these houses actually get used. Kids come in off streets that are still half construction site, dogs come in wet from the yard, and the door between the three-car garage and the kitchen sees traffic every hour of the day. LVP does not care. It is waterproof through the whole plank rather than just at the surface, and it cleans with a damp mop.

It also answers the basement question. A walkout on a sloping lot puts finished living space partly below grade, and below-grade concrete releases moisture all year. Carpet and laminate both have opinions about that. Rigid core vinyl plank does not.
