Veteran flooring came highly recommended by a neighbor and Dale and his crew did a fabulous job. From the estimate, to picking out the perfect product, to the end was flawless and outstanding workmanship. Even though mold was found from water damage, everything went smooth and communications was great. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had floor damage to our 1910s condo from a tornado. Everyone we worked with from Veterans Flooring were professional, kind, and great communicators. Erik especially made sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us. They put down 1/4 inch plywood and then LVP in two rooms and refinished the original hardwood in most other rooms. They were upfront regarding expectations given it's an older home. They also worked with us on a time crunch and helped us find quality LVP within our budget. When it came to staining our floors, the guys spent over an hour with me trying out different options to ensure I was happy. The subcontractors who did the LVP did a quality job and were able to finish in one day rather than two that they projected. Of the quotes we got for flooring, veterans flooring was the most reasonable while still being high quality. We would definitely recommend them!

I Highly recommend Veteran Flooring! We recently installed hardwood flooring in our kitchen. When it didn’t come close to matching our existing floor, I called Veteran Flooring (Wish I had called before we did it ourselves). Erik was quick to respond & quote. He answered my numerous questions & assured me it would all work out. Will, John & Bobby were great at the time of refinishing. Will was patient & informative on the options from floor vents to color choices. It was very clear that this group was very knowledgeable & took great pride in their work! John even sent us pictures as he finished up as we were staying elsewhere. Absolutely love our refinished floors!

Let me start by saying our hardwood floors after being refinished look fantastic! We are super pleased with them. I attached a before and after pic. In the process of being refinished, the sander went over one of our kitchen tiles and cracked it. It’s older tile and the veteran team tried to find a match. The finished result is less than ideal and now I think we will have to redo our whole kitchen floor as a result because it doesn’t look so hot! Update: After I left this review, they took a tile from behind our oven to match it and all is fixed there! They also came back out to fix a section of wood that had lifted up post refinishing as well as correct a spot that looked a little scraggly. Unfortunately, even with the brand new wood they put down, the spot looks the same. All in all, the floors have been massively improved give or take the hiccups.

This place is wonderful. They really value customers. Price was way under priced but he did me a favor to help me out. I love how the floors turned out. Thank you!! Highly recommend!
